My professional journey began in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps and has continued through roles in law enforcement, youth services, state government, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of resilience, stress management, personal growth, and the unique challenges faced by veterans, first responders, and those dedicated to serving others.

My name is John Linnehan, NBC-HWC, and I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with more than 25 years of experience serving others through leadership, coaching, public service, and veteran advocacy.

I have served as a Whole Health Program Coordinator for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I lead innovative wellness programs that help thousands of veterans improve their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I have also contributed to national VA initiatives focused on health coaching, whole health implementation, and curriculum development impacting veterans across the country.  

My coaching philosophy is simple: every person has the capacity to create meaningful, lasting change when they are empowered to discover what matters most to them. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or goals, I help clients identify their purpose, build sustainable habits, and develop a personalized path toward better health and greater fulfillment.
